Matthew joined the UWS board in 2017 as Treasurer. 

Matthew is currently a non-executive director of Barclays and non-executive director and chair of the audit and risk committee of Capita and Man Group.

Previously, he was the chief financial officer at Royal Mail Group. He has worked with Shelter and other charities focused on fundraising and engagement with the corporate sector.
