Jean-Paul joined UWS in 2019. Jean-Paul has had a long international career in the consumer goods industry with Kraft foods, Johnson & Johnson and Beiersdorf, culminating as Europe President at Kraft Foods. 

He then became CEO of Unilabs, a private equity funded company and Europe's leading supplier of diagnostic services. Jean-Paul has held non-executive roles in private and public companies and advisory roles in start-ups. 

He is currently the Chair of Fairtrade International, an organisation founded to help disadvantaged producers secure sustainable livelihoods, and a Trustee of Rainbows4Children, a swiss charity running a school for 1,500 disadvantaged children in Mekele, Ethiopia. Jean-Paul is committed to the creation of transformative solutions to social challenges, such as sustainable development and education.
