Debbie Ball is a freelance consultant. She specialises in support peacebuilding and human rights organisations to develop organisational strategy, funding strategy, and ensuring the right systems, structures and capacities are in place to deliver the greatest impact and income. 

She has 20 years' experience in the international development sector, including 10 years living and working in Bosnia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Indonesia, Malawi and Zimbabwe.

Debbie now lives in London with her partner and young son. She says: "Access to quality education is a key tool for addressing poverty and inequalities.
