Oudam (Loth) leads the building department of United World Schools in Cambodia. He ensures that all construction is completed to a high-quality and oversees the ongoing maintenance of school facilities.

Loth also spends much of his time conducting village research and data collection to identify new communities in need of support. In doing so, he builds strong relationships with communities and provides ongoing support to encourage the parents to send their children to school.

Loth has spent six years in this role working in some of the hardest-to-reach areas. Transporting materials to construction sites can be particularly challenging due to the lack of infrastructure, but under his leadership, construction is completed in a timely and quality manner.
